Rainbow Birthday Circles

I CASEd this card I found while pinning inspiration on Pinterest using Stampin’ Up! products.  Isn’t it fantastic for a boy birthday card?  I used our Circles Collection Framelits to create the rainbow of colors.

To create the circles, I cut the Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, Pacific Point, Rich Razzleberry, and Whisper White pieces all using the same Circle Framelit – the 3rd largest (including the scallop circle as the largest).  Then, I used gradually smaller Circle Framelits to cut a circle out of the center of each of the colors (with the exception of Whisper White).  Here’s a list of the sizes of Circle Framelits I used:

Real Red – 4th largest
Daffodil Delight – 5th largest
Old Olive – 6th largest
Pacific Point – 7th largest
Rich Razzleberry – 8th largest

Then, using my 2-Way Glue Pen, I started with the Daffodil Delight circle and adhered it behind the Real Red piece and trimmed off the excess Daffodil Delight along the side of the card (easier to do this one layer at a time).  Then I adhered the Old Olive circle behind the Daffodil Delight circle and trimmed off the excess, and so on and so forth…

Once all the pieces were assembled and trimmed, I popped it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals® onto a card base of Crumb Cake.
